From finding a product to it landing at your door — here's exactly what happens at every step of a group buy.
Find a product or campaign
Browse the product catalog (sourced straight from 1688 & Alibaba) or the live campaigns feed. Every product shows its MOQ, weight, and factory price tiers upfront — no guesswork.
Join or start a group
Join an existing campaign someone else started, or add the product to your personal cart for a direct purchase. Campaigns pool many buyers' orders together so the group can hit a supplier's minimum order quantity at the best price tier — the bigger the group, the lower the unit price.
Pay into escrow
Your payment is held in escrow the moment you buy into a campaign — it's only released to cover sourcing and shipping once the campaign is funded and confirmed. Personal (non-campaign) cart purchases are debited directly from your wallet when you pack your cart.
We consolidate & ship
Once a campaign hits its funding trigger, Preoda buys the goods from the supplier, consolidates every member's items into one shipment, clears customs, and moves it to our hub.
Track delivery to your door
Follow your order status from your dashboard the whole way — packed, in transit, arrived at hub, out for delivery — right up to pickup or doorstep delivery.
